This Refund & Cancellations Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are handled for all services offered by The CVJ Solution, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By booking, purchasing, or participating in any session, consultation, or service, you agree to the terms below.
1. Discovery Calls & Consultations
1.1 Refunds
Discovery Calls and consultation sessions are non-refundable once booked.
1.2 Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, you must notify us no less than 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to avoid being billed for the session.
Cancellations made within 30 minutes of the session start time, or failure to attend (“no-show”), are non-refundable and fully billable.
1.3 Rescheduling
We understand that life happens.
Clients may reschedule their consultation up to two (2) additional times at no extra cost, provided that the 30-minute notice requirement is met.
After two reschedules, additional fees or a new booking may be required.
2. Coaching, Consulting, and Fractional Support Sessions
2.1 Refunds
Individual coaching, consulting, or fractional EA support sessions are non-refundable after payment is processed.
2.2 Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations and rescheduling follow the same guidelines as consultations:
- Notify us at least 30 minutes before the session.
- Up to two (2) no-cost reschedules are permitted.
- No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable.
3. Service Packages & Project-Based Work
3.1 Refunds
Payments for multi-session packages, retained services, or project-based engagements are refundable only if work has not begun.
Work is considered “begun” when:
- assessments are completed,
- prep work is performed,
- documents are reviewed,
- meetings are held,
- or any deliverable work has started.
Once work has begun, payments become non-refundable.
3.2 Credits
In exceptional circumstances, at our discretion, partial credit may be applied toward future services.
4. Workshops, Trainings, and Group Programs
4.1 Refunds
Payments for workshops, group trainings, or cohort programs are non-refundable.
4.2 Transfers
Seats may be transferred to another participant upon request, provided the session has not yet occurred.
4.3 Rescheduling by Us
If we reschedule a workshop or group session, clients will be offered:
- a new date, or
- credit toward a future workshop.
5. Digital Products & Downloads
All digital or downloadable products, including templates, guides, checklists, and documents, are non-refundable due to instant access.
6. Cancellations by The CVJ Solution
If we must cancel a session, workshop, or project and no suitable alternative can be offered, a full refund will be issued.
This applies only to permanent cancellations, not standard rescheduling.
7. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first violates these terms.
Chargebacks may result in:
- termination of services,
- removal of access to materials,
- inability to book future sessions.
We encourage clients to email us and allow us the opportunity to resolve issues fairly.
